The College of Science Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad & Tobago (COSTAATT) invites you to its 

13th Annual Run for Life 5K and Health Fair on May 31st at 6:30 am.

 so come dressed in your feathers, beads and frills and yes, there will be a prize for best dressed! As the College works to build sustainable practices into our events, we encourage you to recycle/up-cycle any Carnival items you may already own. 

This year, there are two (2) race registration options:

 – 2026 Run for Life Medal AND one exclusive Legacy Medal

 All Transactions will be processed in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) although prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).

Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that participating in the COSTAATT Run for Life 5K race involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, traffic, physical exertion and other hazards.
I confirm the following:
•	I am voluntarily participating in the event
•	I am physically able to participate safely
•	I assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, loss or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless, COSTAATT, event sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I grant permission to COSTAATT to edit, publish, and use in perpetuity, any and all images, recordings or related media in which I appear.
I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms herein.
